The eagle is ready to sh!t money with the stimulus Pelosi-Reid-Obama spending plan, which will shower people in borrowed money for this and that pet project.

Nobody cares about this. Consolidation would address one of the greatest wastes of money we have here in the Empire State. Why should we care about this?
I wonder what country Wiley is traveling in now? This is also "Winter Break". All education folks are in the Bahamas. No sense in talking about this until they get back.
