Obama has consistently stated by voting for him, you have chosen hope over fear, that is until he does not get his way. Here is his own words from the inauguration speech.

This stimulus bill will be debt for another generation to pay and the Democrats should be the last people talking about not saddling our kids with debt.

Meanwhile while you sleep or work or stay busy other places than here, I've been tracking the TARP and the latest (coming out tomorrow) phase II of the original $700 billion to banks (this time we hope they lend money)...

I was just notified by my back that they were adding 5% to my credit card interest rate for no reason whatsoever. They admitted my record was good, they just said market conditions prompted an increase in rates.
Let me see. I give the banks billions through a bailout. Now I'm going to finance another $800 billion for another stimulus, and I get to pay again. And the lady had absolutely no explanation for anything. Chase credit. I will never do business with them again.

Don't forget that part of your 5% increase is due to the folks that run up their balance and bolt. The radio is littered with ads to help you run away from your debt. In this society, it seems nobody is responsible for their actions.
I understand that, 8:36. You're absolutely correct on that. All I ask is my situation be considered on its individual merit. Why, or how, should this company be allowed to make an across the board change like this? They admit it had nothing to do with me or my history. Again, I don't understand. I will not deal with Chase ever again.
I did have time to ask if there was a $30k toilet in the the breakroom. He was silent. I closed out the account. He then threatened to contact credit agencies. I replied that there was nothing negative to report, go ahead. And I had been a customer with Chase since 1986. I had two late payments (mistakes/mine)in 23 years.
I'm getting to where I understand nothing.
