I am a Rep that supports,to a degree, the Guv's proposal to cap school taxes. My problems arise in the fact that we are already paying to much, so they are proposing to cap taxes at an already unacceptable level. That aside. Somebody needs to grow a set and stand up to NYSUT. There are far more upset taxpayers than NYSUT members.
We can only hope the legislature understands it, but I am not holding my breath.
