EJ McMahon On The Governor's Budget

The Journal News and LoHud editorial is pretty progressive, below is a taped interview the editorial board conducted with Manhattan Institute's EJ McMahon on the Governor's budget and the state's fiscal crisis.

The interview is fairly lengthy - 40 minutes - but if you are interested in your New York State it is worth the watch and very educational.

"Millionaires Tax" discussion is around the - 9 minute to the 17 minute mark

"No recovery" discussion happens at 26:30 minute. McMahon talks about the fact that Wall St has changed forever and a "recovery" to New York's fiscal situation is not likely to occur, essentially saying this is the new New York.
