Along with the Governor having served 1 year, Senator Aubertine has wrapped up 1 year (actually slightly more) as Senator.
Here is a chance to share your thoughts on the job he has done in that first year. There is little to no learning curve for him as he has served in Albany for 5 years before becoming Senator.
Tell everyone what community or state issues he has taken the leadership role on, what he has confronted and how he has handled it. What impact he has had in his first year, or to the contrary where you think he has failed.

I will have an opinion on Sen Aubertine when I see the state budget. Until then, I'm willing to wait and see.
The problem is, I see no cuts on the horizon. Shelly, a now powerless Gov, pandering Smith, in control teacher union, free money from the Great One, it all adds up to forget about it. Spend away. Screw kids for another year.
