He'll "say" NO, but won't do anything to stop it.
It's time for Darrel to use some of that pent up good will and credits he's accumulated by willingly carrying downstate's water and stand up to this frontal assault on Upstate farms and farmers!
There isn't a "same as" bill so he shouldn't support it. That is what he said about other bills...
