Here is their plan, it has three parts:

• Utilize the Tax Stabilization Reserve Fund
• Wait for a Federal relief package to help states
• Share the sacrifice with the wealthiest New Yorkers

Raising Revenue

Shared Sacrifice AND Shared Responsibility
With a budget deficit growing every day, our leaders in Albany address the need for additional revenue by:

• Creating fair tax and revenue policies
• Making use of the Tax Stabilization Reserve Fund and the Rainy Day Fund
• Requiring those New Yorkers who have the most to contribute their fair share
• Closing corporate and other tax loopholes

You can just tell tax increases are coming.
