Smart Ad. Kinda like "one of us" with the hard working hometown touch and farm boy up bringing. I like it. But, I am not sure your tough guy republicans who have been ragging on Darrel for the same kind of ads will like it. They hit Darrel and Addie pretty hard for the farm thing.
They will be all over it like Renzi thugs on a pile of campaign signs.
I agree, Cantwell's ad is good. The difference is that Darrel runs a farm so it connects with him. Addie's is a ploy to suck in votes. I think Cantwell pointed out what everyone is thinking, that anyone who grew up in the North Country had grandparents who ran a farm.
Its the SAME EXACT AD that Addie ran, too bad youre about 5 weeks behind. Stop copying everyone else and come up with something new.
Copying everyone else! That's a laugh. Have you seen Addie's last few mailers, suddenly she has changed her story and mentions tax caps and several other key issues that Cantwell has been saying all along. I guess she finally caught up, as far as I am concerned.
Oh - and you must mean the poor me ads she has been running.
Please show me one reference of a tax cap that does not talk about the circuit breaker, I would enjoy seeing it.
