Yet Another Blogger Heard From

Darrel's ethical lapses have been picked up by a Monroe County blogger. Monroerising.com is based to the west of us serving the Rochester / Monroe County region.

Here is their post on Darrel

Its titled -  My BS Detector Redlines When a Politician Talks about Reform

Apparently, the BS detector doesn't work too well for your fellow bloggers, or the North Country MSM, who stll believe ethically challenged Darrel is "one of us".

Apparently your new blogger friend is unaware of the fact that David Renzi, Darrel's opponent is under investigation by the Attorney General for being one of a few Lawyers in New York State who were caught in a scam trying to bilk the New York State Retirement System.

And that David Renzi at first lied about being involved with the scam, but then changed his mind saying that he would give the credits back.

He added that even though he is a lawyer, he was confused by the law because they changed the rules when he wasn't looking. Then added, it was OK because everybody was doing it.

rwiley -- when will Darrel pay back the money?

Even the voters in Rochester would like to know!

Hey Rwiley, Both candidates have had issues. But what happened first. Renzi removing himself from the retirement system, or Aubertine trying to return the money.

Hint . . . It wasn't your bro Darrel!

"Renzi removing himself from the retirement system"

Renzi has yet to remove himself from the retirement system. There has been no resolution between David Renzi and the Attorney General's office.

Renzi is still a member of the New York State Retirement System and some of the credit he has received is illegal.

The number of hours he worked for the town may not even match the number of hours of credit that he tried to take illegal credit for.
