Post Standard Editorial Board Tapes Interviews
Congressman McHugh was successful in securing the endorsement of the Post Standard. Below are the opening remarks from both candidates. It would have been nice to be able to watch the entire interview, but this is a start. The newspapers advocate for transparency, it is counter productive to conduct candidate interviews under the cloak of secrecy.

Hey John McHugh. You were the dork who sat by and did nothing as your buddy, Ted Stevens made sure that local contractors did not have a chance at making any bucks by being able to get contracts and local work at Drum. Screw you, John. Alaskan contractors moving in on us and you did nothing.
