His Own Making

Darrel - co-sponsored the reform law.
Darrel - violated the reform law.
Yet, he did not correct this mistake, by reversing his hiring decision, until he came under pressure.

But, he still did not do the right thing, he did not pay the money back.

Will it always take constant public pressure to make him do the right thing and follow his own laws?

Reform is only as good as the people who follow it.

.. for 21 days she worked for him, then he let her go, and reports are he is paying it back.

Renzi broke the law for four years, and the law he broke is a felony. He has yet to pay back his credits, or explain how he booked 300 days working for a town of 2000 people. Can't wait to see how this one ends.

Renzi broke no laws.
As far as how it will end,
it will never end.
You are proof.

More Renzi trash. I love the fact that he starting the campaign out vowing to keep it clean. This just goes to prove what a snake he, and his republican cronies are. They are doing ANYTHING to win back this seat so they can pick up where they left off doing nothing for our area. And for all of you who will wimper "It's just stating the facts! It's not negative!" No friends, it IS negative. If Renzi's campaign were positive, he would stick strictly to making promises (empty promises but promises none the less) about what good he would bring to our area. Guess this just goes to show, he can't do anything for us.

Darrel has done less than nothing, he is the definition of a bad politician, taking credit for anything remotely positive even when he has nothing to do with it and running from any negative.

I'll take Dave Renzi any day over Darrel Aubertine

this is pretty sad that this is the best we can come up with

If Renzi broke no laws, why is he so willing to pay it back?

Why would he go to the Town and asked them to withdraw his credits?

Negative campaigning is when one brings to the forefront the so called negatives of the opposition only. Positive campaigning is talking about your accomplishments in the past, and the accomplishments you feel you can get done in the future.
Dave Renzi is negative campaigning because he has nothing positive to run on. He offers no one a reason to vote for him. So he is trying to give us reasons not to vote for Aubertine. It is a good example of a very, very weak candidate. I am embarrassed Dave is the best we could come up with.

From Atty Gen Cuome news release today on Pension abuse:

"This is more evidence of fraud in our pension system that has been ripping off New York taxpayers," said Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

"Lawyers abusing the public benefits system are costing New Yorkers both tax dollars and public trust," he said.

Hey R Wiley, At least Renzi is willing to pay it back, Darrel hasn't yet by his own ammision. Who's the real crook?

Anon 5:57: But why would Renzi be willing to return the $$$ if he didn't do anything wrong? Darrel admitted that he made a mistake. Dave Renzi is a spoiled little child and he is surely showing his true colors!

I tell my kids all the time -- if you do wrong, don't wait until you get caught. Fix it right away.

I think every parent understands the difference between someone who steps right up and does the right thing, and one who has to be chased, nagged and cajoled into doing the right thing.

When will Darrel pay the money back?

"This is more evidence of the fraud in our pension system that has been ripping off New York taxpayers," state Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo said in a prepared statement. "Lawyers abusing the public benefits system are costing New Yorkers both tax dollars and public trust."

"As of MONDAY NO he had NOT paid it back."

How do you know that? Do you work for Senate majority?
